RBC Funds (Lux) (the "Fund")

As a société d'investissement à capital variable, the Fund is managed by Dexia Asset Management Luxembourg S.A. The Fund qualifies as an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities under Article 1, paragraph 2, points a) and b) of the Directive 2009/65/EC of July 13, 2009, as amended. The Fund is comprised of several sub-funds which are distinguished mainly by their specific investment objective and policy. Each sub-fund may have one or more share classes.

RBC Global Asset Management Inc. is the investment manager and promoter of the Fund.

The Fund may be offered for sale in European Union Member-States and such other jurisdictions where the Fund is registered (subject to registration in countries other than Luxembourg, see "Access Subject to Local Restrictions" below). In addition, applications to register the Fund may be made in other countries. The Fund is not, and will not in the future be, registered for sale or distribution in Canada or in the United States. RBC Select Hedge Fund Portfolio Ltd. (the "Portfolio")

The Portfolio is an exempted company incorporated with limited liability and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands, and is a regulated mutual fund for purposes of the Mutual Funds Law (2012 Revision) of the Cayman Islands ("Mutual Funds Law"). The Portfolio is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority pursuant to section 4(3) of the Mutual Funds Law. Shares of the Portfolio will generally be offered to qualified institutional and individual investors that are either (i) not "U.S. Persons" as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or (ii) certain U.S. tax-exempt investors that are "qualified purchasers" within the meaning of the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and "accredited investors" as that term is defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act.
