National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements and Exemptions" ("NI 31-103") requires a registered firm to disclose certain information to each of its clients.
If you are a portfolio management client of RBC Global Asset Management Inc (“RBC GAM Inc.”), RBC GAM Inc. has already provided much of the disclosure information that is now required by NI 31- 103 within the terms of the investment management agreement ("IMA") that you have entered with it or in the schedules attached to that agreement.
